Please note, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, your delivery may take longer than usual.
SIGNING FOR GOODS
Our couriers will deliver goods to your door, however they will NOT ask you to sign their documents. Currently DHL drivers are not permitted to enter your home or property.We’d like to thank you in advance for your co-operation and patience through these challenging times.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver throughout mainland UK including England, Wales, and Scotland for flat rate £6.99. We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12 pm on the same day, during weekdays only.
If you require shipping to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland, you must select the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland please contact us for delivery charges and timeline for your delivery.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO numbers. Delivery must be accepted by 18+ only.
Orders can be collected from us directly between the hours of 10:00am and 04:00pm, Monday to Saturday , Sunday 11.00am -04.00pm.

Once you have ordered and paid for your order online, it will be ready for collection in 2 hours.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery every day (Minimum order value £30) within 5 miles radius for orders placed before 4:00pm. There will be £2.50 charge for orders under £20.
Your order will be delivered between 5.00pm – 09.00pm on weekdays and 3.00pm – 9.00pm on weekends.
Please speak to member of staff, if you have specific requirements and we will do our best to fulfil your order.
DELIVERY DATE REQUEST FOR AN ORDER
You can specify a delivery date request for products ordered from the shop or if you choose a Gift Box Option. If your order is not a Gift, you can enter a delivery date request in the “Shipping Instructions” box during checkout. This information will then be picked up by the dispatch team to action.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been dispatched, an email is sent to the invoice email address confirming the order has left the Dispatch Depot. Within this email will also be a tracking link to track the progress of the order.
