The latest iteration of The Beak’s house IPA was nomadically brewed with Burning Sky using London Fog yeast and three of their favourite hop varieties, Citra, Mosaic and Idaho-7, resulting in fruit bubblegum flavours of mango, orange peel, pineapple and ripe flat peaches.
