Double Barrelled Cagoule IPL 6.2% 440ml

Description

Cagoule is a 6.2% India Pale Lager – at its core it’s an IPA recipe, plenty of wheat and oats to back up a base malt profile of extra pale malt. Cascade and Centennial provide bittering and aroma additions, whilst whirlpooling and dry hopping with Citra, brings the bright, citrussy and tropical notes that we love from this hop. We ferment Cagoule with a traditional German lager yeast, at cooler temperatures to push the crisp and refreshing notes, and lager it for 6 weeks to enhance that crispness.
