“Blisco Dash is a Kveik Pale Ale. Our favourite Voss yeast strain has been cranking esters through ramped fermentation and cast out temps. It’s been loaded with classic Cascade and Hallertau Blanc & Melon hotside for full on pine, floral and sweet-fruit top notes, before being blasted with Idaho 7 in the dry-hop for that tropical kick.”
