Every drop of this cider features hand-picked and hand-pressed strawberries grown in our own fruit fields. Working quickly, we preserve the fresh juice to capture as much flavour as possible resulting in a real fruit cider that’s best served over lashings of ice in the summertime.

Thistly Cross is a collaboration between a Farmer and an Artist, produced on the East Coast of Scotland. Our ciders are handcrafted in small batches using real fruit, slow-fermented & long matured.
