We took Citra, for it’s unrelenting juicy and pithy overtures, and Simcoe, because of its fiery pine and stone fruit flavours. An oat laden malt bill provides a hefty body, and fermentation on London Fog adds its own stone fruit esters and rounds off this delicious brew.
